• Acceptance of Agreement: By clicking “I AGREE” and depending on the version you’re licensing – Free, Plus, or Enterprise – and making any required payment, you acknowledge and accept this Agreement. If you’re representing an organization, ensure you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
• License Grant: You are granted a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable right to access theomniverse.city[Site] and use our Service. 
• Usage: Depending on your chosen license, The Omniverse City may limit your access to certain features. The Omniverse City holds the right to introduce new options, impose limits, or restrict access to specific areas based on age or payment.
• Attribution: If you’re using The Omniverse City to offer services to your customers, ensure clear attribution to The Omniverse City. Your customers must be aware that The Omniverse City powers the services you’re offering.
• Accounts: Secure your usernames, passwords, and devices. You are responsible for the activities on your account. Misrepresentation or deceptive information is prohibited. User accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold.
• Term and Renewal: The license for the Free version runs indefinitely. For the Plus version, the subscription is valid for the time period specified in your Order Form, usually one year. This term auto-renews unless cancellation notice is provided 30 days before the end date.
• Payment: Subscription fees are paid upfront, either annually or monthly. Payment obligations are non-cancelable, and fees are non-refundable. All prices are exclusive of taxes and related charges.
• Restrictions: You are prohibited from selling, leasing, or renting any part of the Service or software. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or the creation of derivative services based on The Omniverse City is forbidden.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service, and any content you’ve uploaded may be deleted.
• Age Requirement: To represent an organization, you must be at least 18 years old. For individual users, we’ll assess residency to comply with local laws regarding minimum age requirements.
• Privacy: As a guest user, we do not collect personal information. However, functionality may be limited. To use advanced features, registration is required, and data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy.
